The essence of good inbound marketing or online lead generation is to get the customer to WANT your service or product. All without you pushing, pulling or forcing a hard sell.
The below Heineken commercial, although a bit controversial (it seems to have been removed from Heineken’s official Youtube channel), elegantly makes this point.
