		<description>Absolutely right, I think, Eran. That is an excellent way to put it.. business processes are at the core of websites and they must be measured/monitored against clear business goals. This is not really about technology, but sales and marketing..and surveys are one of the top tools complementing data analysis, traffic etc.. the challenge however is about properly understanding and documenting the business processes and I often find this has not been done properly. It is however the first step and a skill! well done for Kampyle
